I had a flooding problem in my first test tube. Moved them to a new covered test tube and left it opened in an outworld with a secondary backup test tube. Went to feed them a cricket leg yesterday and noticed the covered tube had water at its mouth and the nanitic was sprawled out in the water. Luckily the queen moved herself and her brood to the secondary tube. It seems I have 3 options:
1) Call it quits, and hibernate for the winter. (After hibernation with no workers I imagine I'll need to feed her?)
2) Return to claustral setup and hope the brood start developing.
2) Keep feeding her protein and sugars and hope the brood start developing.
Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Information, like what species she is, and what stages the brood are at will help.

There's a Very good chance that worker is not dead. Get her out of the water and put her somewhere dry. Make sure when you move the worker she's not sitting in a drop of water. In a few hours she will probably get up and be fine.
I came home one day same and same thing happened except I had 8 workers drown in a test tube set up. They were literally floating in water. I dumped them into an outworld of another one of my colonies, thinking they were dead. A few hours later all of them recovered. I've also done expirements with other insects by leaving them in water for 8h. They all recovered.

ants can live for up to two WEEKS underwater.
Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
