What to do with infertile queens?

What to do with infertile queens?
I have a pogonomyrmex rugosus queen that appears to be infertile. (She still has wings and is not laying eggs, also seems to always be trying to escape the setup.)
Id like to know what I should do with her.
P.S. if it helps, there are some colonies of the same species nearby, if they happen to be anything like black crazy ants, meaning that they can take in stray queens.

Let her leave the test tube and give her a little snack before she leaves.
I think she would be infertile #antslove .

Just hold onto her. Unless she is returned to her original colony, she is basically doomed -- unless of course, she actually is mated. The only way to actually tell is if her brood turn out to be male.

Will she still live as long as I provide her with food?

Also if they are males, don't they just start acting like workers because they don't fly in captivity? So is it possible for an all male colony to survive?

Unmated queens will act like workers. Males don't do anything for the colony.
