Hiberation?

This is my first year with ants, and I have three queens to hibernate, all in different colonies. How do I hibernate Crematogaster, Tetramorium, and smaller ants like Ponera? Thanks for any help.

There is a great video on hibernation by Ant Canada. He normally puts it in a low temperature room like 15 degrees or 10 Degrees and the temperature should be constant #AntsLove.
