Fully-Cloistral queen question!

Hey there. So I was just curious and got into thinking about this:

So I understand that Fully Cloistral queens do not need to be fed anything until her workers arrive. My question is lets say for instance a queen that has already started her colony, she looses it or is captured by myself or one of you fellow Ant Keepers. Now that she is past the 'founding stage' and already had waited out until workers arrive without nourishment besides water, can she do this again and again and again if she had to keep starting over? Or is she only Fully-Cloistral during the founding stage of her life?
