HELP!! how should i keep lasius fuligenous
i know it is a slave making ant queen so when i caught it i put it in a normal test tube setup with four lasius niger workers and it completly ignored them even killing some of them so i added a small amount of sandy soil just in case it was too shy then after 4 days of not doing anything i went outside and caught 20 lasius fuligenous workers and one male just in case the queen wasn't fertile i checked on them today and the male is now dead which means they might have mated and the queen was sitting under a worker no eggs yet what should i do now

Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
