My camponotus queen is just laying on the bottom of the test tube. And I don't know what to do all she is doing is moving her antenna and legs but not standing.

Is she laying flat on her belly? Does she have a brood?

Try touching her real gently with something soft, if see doesn't react she's probably dead.
