Queen with mite

I caught a queen ant with a male ant stuck on her. She had a weird bump on her leg so I pulled off the bump and it was a mite or smth. Will this kill the queen? I killed the insect so…

If the mite is a parasitic mite it may leave a small scar on her leg but it should hopefully heal.
