so i have a camponous queen with a ton of brood but no workers. im gg change the test tube soon and i need some tips to change the test tube without causing too much stress to the ant

Just note that this method may or may not work if your queen is already exposed to light 24/7, which is why it's common practice to keep colonies in the dark so that you can use the light method to move them.
