Ant hibernation

I just wanna ask if I need to hibernate ants in my area. I live in Galicia, Spain, where normally temperatures are never below 0C (it never snows). In winter they move between 6C and 12C celsius. :?: :?:

They should be fine at room temperature.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony

If you are at a higher elevation, they will need a period of lower temps. I would say they do not need full on hibernation however. Ensure they are still provided with sugars and fresh water during the colder season
