Can you explain what you mean by you bred her?

Did she lay eggs and are there pupa in the tube?

Usually if you find a Tertamorium sp E in late September, she is most likely a reject. Meaning she may have founded a new colony with another queen but was then attacked and kicked out by that other queen. If she is a reject and there are no pupa in the tube, she may never found a colony.

I caught her as a alate. There was a nest that was sending out alates so I caught both a male and female alates and I put them in a small container and the next day she had lost her wings and the male died.
