aparentely i caught a so called pachycondyla queen, from her body shape and what was sad in the ID, she is semi clastral and really big, about a inch. i have printed this kinda antscanda testube portal copy to fit both the testubes and vinyl tubing to move them later ad gave half a cockroach nimph to my queen, is there any hitns you could give about semi claustral ants or anything for that matter??

You're setup looks great to me for semi-claustral. A covered nesting spot with a water source. A mini outworld (test tube portal), and food. Nicely done!

Other considerations:
1. Optional heat source. Sometimes a little added heat will help the colony grow/develop a little faster. Be careful though - you don't want to burn them up. A 15W heating cable is all you'd need. Maybe put it over the test tube portal.
2. Reduce the opening to the nesting space. This can help the queen feel more hidden and safe. Sometimes I'll just pile up dirt/sand at the entrance and leave a little space at the top of the entrance to the test tube. She can dig her way out when needed. This also helps keep the humidity inside the test tube nest.

Right, just a little concern, she dragged the cockroach piece to the inside of her burrow, I'm afraid that she will not eat it all, I will not be able to remove it without disturb her and it will grow mood out of, even it be a fairly good enough life for her to eat and finish it

You just need to trust that she knows what she is doing.
