There are a few common reasons why queens do not lay eggs as quickly as we'd like:

1. They are not fertilized. Perhaps she is not fertized??
2. You disturb her too often. Have you been looking at her a lot? Just leave her alone for a week or more undisturbed. (No bumping, no vibrations, no peeking, etc.)
3. Conditions are not ideal. Make sure she is in a warm, dark, quiet place.

I saw her in the morning, now I know I should leave her alone.
