How long does it take to a queen to lay her eggs after she mated?

Ive caught a queen and she was mating with two males..

It can take from an hour to a month.

It's spring so this is more of a side note but there are some species that fly during autumn and do not lay eggs until after hibernation (so they may take up to 6 months to lay their first eggs).
