Question on tubing

Ok so I recently ordered my hybrid nest and was wondering if it will come with some connector tuning. I don't have any tuning that is clear and I need a way to connect it to my out world( homemade)

When you buy just a Hybrid nest (not the All You Need Pack), it comes with a bag of Perlite to put in the base for hydration, one test tube, and a small chunk of tubing (4 inches or so).
