I just found some Ant Queens on my way home but I could need some help in identifying these Ladies. Here are some Pictures.

they where all caught in northeastern Germany in the area around Berlin

Probably Lasius Or Camponotus Modoc

I am not an expert but, I believe it is a Camponotus aethiops queen. They are indigenous to Germany with similar size and coloration.
