Ant queen specie: formica

I have what you call a pseudo test tube setup, it's similar to test tube setup but not in test tube. The humidity is all good and I'm giving the queen honey to have some sugar power.

Now, when I looked at it to see if everything is good. I found that larvae are getting upto 3/4 size of the queen. And found them stuck on wet cotton and saw the queen planting them to it.

Any problems beginning to surface? This is my first time so please help!

Can provide pics if needed to, just need to take em!
