Worker and 3 Drones

I have a Brachymyrmex Queen and its been about 3-4 weeks now. She has 1 worker and 3 drones and a small pile of brood and some in the pupa stage. Seeing that she has 3 winged drones, does this mean she is most likely infertile. I guess I'm trying to see if I should just release them or hold on to them for a couple more weeks to see what else she produces.

Did she produce the worker and drone herself?

As Long As She Was The One Who Produced That Single Worker, Then Yes - She Is Fertile.

Yes she produced the worker and her drones herself. I did not do any brood boosting or anything like that. Sounds like she may be fertile so I guess I'll wait and see :D
