I caught my first 2 tetramorium queens and I was just wondering how long will it be until she lays her first eggs, then how long until the first nanitecs???

Tetramorium work fast. If they are fertile, you should see eggs within the first week. After that, leave them in the dark, undisturbed and check back in three weeks. It normally takes around a month total to get your first workers, give or take a few days.
