16mmx150mm glass test tubes are pretty much the gold standard. I'm not saying they'll work for every ant, though.

Just a heads up this is the size that I buy and with the new V2 hybrid nest and Test 2 portals they do not fit properly. If you plan to buy any AntsCanada equipment you would probably need to buy their test tubes or possibly some that are 17-18mm. Mine are plastic but I'm sure the measurements would still be the same for the same size in a glass. Just wanted to give you a heads-up though. If you buy the AntsCanada test tubes they we'll for sure fit their equipment. They are more expensive than some that you could buy from say Amazon or a different carrier.

No offense to AntsCanada, but the tubing and test tubes can both be bought fir much cheaper and in larger quantities.

I 100% agree with you. That's what I do in the first place. I do enjoy their products but when it comes to the tubing and test tubes and a few other items they sell you can get them so much cheaper and in larger quantities for cheaper from other vendors. I was just saying that to cut the hassle of trying to find the right size test tube outside of AntsCanada to fit their products then just buy their test tubes because they for sure fit. The test tubes I buy are 16mm x 125mm and don't fit their products except for the original V1 hybrid nests. They fit great in those. I have to take electrical tape and wrap it around the end at least once maybe twice in order for them to fit the test tube portals and V2 hybrid nest. I do need to purchase some 16x150mm glass test tubes.

All I do is just put clear normal tape around the end on what ever I am fitting and it works. Never would I buy there test tubes. I bought 100 mm test tubes for like $50 and there was 1,000 of them.

Yes those will work just fine. I'll post a link of the ones I buy and they work great. They're really clear plastic and you still get 25 of them for a little cheaper price. And they are still Amazon Prime.
