Right now you will just want to keep her in a test tube for a good while until she has a few workers. 10 - 20 is normally a good number of workers but also depending on the size of your species. Making a grout nest is a pretty cheap way to go. There's many different options you have. Just Google them. Plenty of YouTube videos as well on how to make homemade nests
Keeping:
Camponotus subbarbatus
Camponotus pennsylvanicus x2
Crematogaster ashmeadi
Crematogaster missouriensis
Formica pallidefulva x2
Formica subsericea x2
Lasius sp x2 (founding)
Pheidole sp. x4
Tetramorium caspitum x2

also look up bead orginizer formicariums. They are super cheap and easy to make.

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

Yeah, I know, but they are an option for beginners who have hearty species.
