Harvester ants help!!

So I purchased a couple tubes of harvester ants with a good size farm from online, I know there is no queen but how do I get my workers to lay drone eggs??

A colony cannot survive without a queen, the queen usually is the one who lays drone eggs. Workers rarely lay eggs. Ants without social stomachs sometimes lays infertile eggs for the queen to eat.

Thank and that's what I thought, but I read somewhere that ants W/O a queen will just lay drones, so I kinda needed to fact check it
