So I am a new hobbyist of this awsome family, I have a chance to get an camponotus queen either workers, I was thinking about buying the group pack of Camponotus gear pack, My question is, is it good for the ants I'm getting and has anyone else used this gear for their colony?

Yes, I have! But the problem is it will take longer than usual to move them in! I moved mine in when I was at 30-40ish workers! If you are anxious try buying a hybrid nest mini (note: 20-30 workers)! Then after a while move them into the camponotus nest! :)
