What is this substance in my queen ants test tube? I checked her and I saw this

Should I get her a new test tube setup?

I saw this queen yesterday on a cat's litter box and i think she is covered with some poo, does this have something to do with it?

I believe it is poop. You should move her.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
