paile yellow/orange harvester ant...

Good evening ACAF, I was checking on my local harvester ants and came across one that was yellow/orange and all the rest where red/orange. Why is that? Has anyone seen this before?

Probably a callow worker.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.
