A Question

Hello I was wondering if anybody knows any good ant species for beginners that are native to Indiana? I need some good species to find, I know carpenter ants are good but their slow-growing and I can never find any mature colonies of them in my area. Any suggestions?

now don't take my opinion but I would say 1 lasius 2 myrmica 3 tetramorium
keeper of: 41xCamponotus novaeboracensis, Crematogaster spp. and unidentified species and tapinoma sessile
