Need help identifying

Hello, just found this poor thing stuck in the swimming pool, can someone please help identify if it is a alate or queen? What species? Small about 1/8 an inch. After 5 minutes of catching it, it ripped off its wings. Thank you in advance, I've been always been looking and this is the first one I've seen with a big gaster.

I mean, the fact that it ripped off its wings suggests that it is a queen ant, but if we can't look at it and don't know what kind it is, we don't know how to take care of it.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.
