Queen four is in the subfamily Myrmicinae, so not Proceratium. Sorry, but that's probably about as much as I can do. There is a lot of diversity in your region, and I would wait for somebody with local experience or a professional.

This is Tapinoma sessile, which fly June and July in your region. Lasius umbratus and Lasius alienus are much larger.
