Brazil has amazing ants and lots of diversity!
I think they fly all year round there but probably mostly in the rainy season.

The queen is probably Solenopsis and the worker Odontoponera sp.

Lasius are pretty hardy ants so they should be OK at temperatures above 0 °C.
At room temperature they are still active but brood stops developing and the ants are waiting for winter.

These are small larvae and will not continue developing without hibernation.
