M. minimum is found only in North America.
She might be Monomorium or Solenopsis but without a picture of the antennae we can't say.

We will need more photos.
Some sort of Myrmicine maybe Solenopsis, Monomorium , Pheidole.

Yes, Myrmica sp but it's very hard to tell what species.
She will need hibernation before she lays eggs and needs to be fed during colony founding.

Yes, Camponotus sp. but it would be pretty hard to tell which without microscope pictures because there are a lot of species there.

I don't think change of temperature will harm her unless it gets too extreme.
What is the temperature of your garage in winter?

It seems OK. You can add more soil and let the queen dig herself a founding chamber this way she will feel better. I am not sure if Atta queens come out in search for substrate in the beginning so she might not need leaves now but you can still leave some on top if she needs them. There is a good vi...

I hibernate my ants outside in ice cream boxes and it's been working alright for now. Just be sure to keep them in the shade and watch out for temperatures below freezing.
