yeah from looking at the 3rd pic, looks like a fire ant Spp. The rounded gaster, size, and square head sort of give it away but otherwise it may be tetramorium

You could also make your own with coconut husks, charcoal, and sand. That's what I use and early nests love it.

The Nuptial flights are around late Jan-Mid Feb. But you can sometimes find queens walking around early spring after hibernation. But good tip if you do find one.
