Hey! Im not an expert, but my guess is that the 2nd one is a Formica species. Maybe formica fucsa.

Ants need two types of foods, Protein and Sugar. Protein is used to feed the brood and the queen, and sugar is consumed by the workers. I was emptying my sunflower pot and I found am ant queen with nanitics. I have now out her in a test tube with sugar but is there anything else I need to do or am I doing something wrong.
