Hmm on second look, the first few pictures seem to be of a different species than the last few.

Best thing you can do is leave them alone. It is best to not feed them in the tube as this causes stress and mold. Use the drinking straw technique to feed them in an outworld

Ant maps is not complete nor necessarily accurate.

The ants aren't going to "forget " to eat. they know how to forage, they know how to find food, and they know how to eat it. If they aren't eating, they don't need it.
