Sorry bro thats the only sp im almost absolutely sure its not because i already keep two Campanotus vagus queens and they look nothing like this one, let me link a photo of both toguether so u can see what i mean:

Caught this queen today at night in Portugal Lisbon she is about 16mm long can someone help identify it, i think it might be Campanotus...

I caught this queen a week ago in Portugal lisbon, and im like 99% sure its lasius, however i do not know the sub species, it canot be lasius niger because the queens legs are brownish yelow and her gaster is completely brown...

Its Campanotus cruentatus very comon in Portugal and spain!

Update,
Did some research and found out that it is almost defenetly Formica, specificaly iberoformica subrufa!
Im just relieved that it is not a parasitic species...

Looks like solenopsis to me!

But yeah its a queen for sure
