Just saw these ants today in my backyard. I think they're having a nuptial flight!

Sorry, I believe the worker is at 2mm long. Unsure about the queen. Never saw one before.

San Leandro, CA found in the bay area
The worker ant has a shiny black body, just wanting to know what it might be. Sorry for blurry pictures but can confirm this ant has aphid farms and loves its sweets from oranges. Many thanks if she was identified.
