Is this a pavement ant or pheidole, 8 mm Found around house in suburban, just rained, cool tempts last few days and early morning, black and looks like fire ant queens

For some reason these ghost/tramp ants thought it would be great idea to move in my gargoyle gecko’s tank so I just wanted to make sure they won’t cause any damage to him, he wasn’t cheap! :lol:

Found some ants eating some of my bugs and wondering what species and more importantly if they can harm a gargoyle gecko?
