Ant keepers from southwestern ontario

If there are any antkeepers in southwestern ontario that are interested in a few months i will have some tetramorium colonies and maybe a camponotous colony for sale on the GAN project.

Im not sure where you are situated but in my area camponotous queens are no longer flying. Maybe turning over some logs in the woods or looking in cracks and crevices in old stumps might be your best bet to find one. best of luck!

If you mean it is a pavement ant then it would be tetramorium sp. e but pictures and measurements would defidently help

Help!!

There have tons of tetramorium flights in my area lately and the ones that land in my pool all gather on a little floating thing on he pool. When I looked closer groups of about 10 urns grouped together an underneath there were eggs! I scooped up me of the group and put them in a test tube together....

I have a small colony still in the test tube, i was sorting through soil when i found her and a worker, nothing else though. i put her in a test tube and has layed eggs. I have a camponotous pencylvannicus queen and i am trying to move move her into a new test tube, it has been a week and she refuses.
