Our GAN project is a little overloaded with requests right now. They should get to your request very soon. Sorry for the long wait :(

Re: Just purchased an Omni large starter kit

I can understand your frustration. Express shipping does not mean that we print out your shipping label, package it up, and take it to the post office the day or the day after you place the order. What you are paying for when you select express shipping is quicker delivery once the package reaches t...

Re: Just purchased an Omni large starter kit

Wardword, Here is what they told me at the USPS office here: 1. Priority Express International is "usually" a 3-5 business day service. (I said 2-3 earlier on this thread but was mistaken.) 2. Priority Express International is not a guaranteed delivery time service due to customs. 3. They therefore ...

Yes, we ran out of inventory but should be restocked this week. We will ship out most or all existing orders after receiving new inventory. Thanks for your patience :)

Re: Just purchased an Omni large starter kit

Wow that is terrible service from USPS. I verified that it was shipped Priority Express. Let me see if I can get USPS to refund us some/all of the shipping and then we will pass that along to you. Thank you very much sir :) I was unable to request a refund online since it was an international shipm...

Re: Processing and complete stage when ordering something off of the shop

We printed shipping labels for several orders but later discovered we had run out of plugs. A new shipment of plugs is coming next week. We will be shipping out these remaining orders next week. Sorry about that :( My first worker came today and I was wondering if it would be smart to put them in a...

Re: Difference between Starter Kits

Tetramorium will definitely do well in the Lasius nest. I have a 4 year old Tetramorium colony thriving in a new Formica nest, so I'm not worried about yours in a Lasius nest. And the new larger Lasius nest rocks! :)

Re: Camponotus Hybrid Nest glue

Applying a bead of Elmer's school glue around the perimeter is a good idea. I have seen ants push small grains of sand or other objects up into that small space between the glass and the formicarium and over a period of time it slowly raises up the glass. Crazy!
