First nanitics! What now?

My tetramorium queen has her first four nanitics, and Im not entirely sure what to do next. Do I give them a small drop of honey, fruit flies, etc. or leave them alone till more workers come?

I caught two Odorous house ant queens yesterday, so they're flying or budding around. And also I saw huge Tetramorium flight two days ago but I didn't catch any.

Hey I found quite a few C.pennslyvanicus males, but no queens. I caught one thinking I found my first queen, but I soon realized my amateur mistake. I was pretty disappointed but figured the females can't be far behind, that or I may be looking in the wrong places...

So I did some research on Myrmica rubra and apparently in the northeast they don't typically have nuptial flight but increase by budding. They gain new territory from people accidentally transporting them. So our best bet might be to find an established colony and digging for a queen, considering th...
