So the ants are over a foot long? That's amazing. There's no true substitute for an actual measuring tool. ;) Unless any of them are 8mm or larger, they are probably all Pheidole -- no chance at identifying the species without some exceptionally intense macro. yeah sorry about that when i actually ...

I have gotten my first queen ant. These ants were found in southern Florida around the city of Miami. May someone please tell me what species of ants these are and how to properly care for them.
