I face the same thing sometimes too. You’re right, she could be drying out, and certain species also need certain humidity levels too.

I watched the Ants Aus All in one video and I'm thinking if it's possible to make it using dried clay or something else istead of modular concrete. Second of all, you don’t usually see any preserved Queen Ants online. Try going to a “Preserved Insect Store” or something like that. They should probably have them.
