So I have a pheidole queen and she has eggs and what I think to be larvae? It looks like yellow eggs but she has white eggs...I posted a video. All I do is just put clear normal tape around the end on what ever I am fitting and it works. Never would I buy there test tubes. I bought 100 mm test tubes for like $50 and there was 1,000 of them.

I would definitely not move them manually. So many problems could occur while moving them as well as stressing your Queen out. It's best to listen to the above advice and put her test tube and a new test tube side-by-side and let her move at her own pace. If she doesn't want to be in there she will...
