ok they are doing amazing and you should try to dont disturb/stress too much just feed them 2 times in a week yep it is nice if you give them like a "dish" where you put the food and they dont get dirty and they dont need to be in the dark i mean you just should left the test tube dark but the rest ...

Good luck with your ants yes you should name them just to know who is who and i recommend you at least at the beginning to count the eggs and workers and all that so you can "control" more the population i have gived you a lot of info today thats almost all i know about these ants or my opinions but...

yes they are cramtogaster in Portugal and that it isnt on a page it dosnt mean it cant be

Thanks with the ID, it's fully claustral ? yes it is camponotus but i dont know exactly oh men you are lucky to live in brazil theres a HUGE biodiversity of ants in there :geek:

Well i find this queen with 1 worker and 3 larvae and some eggs living inside a bromelia that fell from a tree i just caught the queen and one worker because they was so fast and they was climbing out of the test tube the queen measures:1cm and the worker measures:5mm i found it in Venezuela / Cuma...
