She is 7 mm long. I found this queen floating around in a pool and gently lifted her out. I didn't want to believe that at first, but when I searched up some pictures of male ants in Oklahoma I found some pictures of Camponotus castaneus males that are the spitting image of this ant. I probably should of guessed from how large he is too. The good thing is, this means nuptial flights are ...
