Do you know of any ways to move them into a new test tube?

Also I forgot to add that the ants were mostly hibernated when the mold started growing so there wasn't much hope

It would still be illegal to carry ants across state lines, so that's where you're going to have to look. New York is probably better for this anyways. I forgot about the laws, but I live less than 1/2 an hour away from the border, and ants from there would be closer than ants in my state, thanks f...

What's the farthest away place you can catch ants from your location and still be safe?

Any advice is appreciated! :D

What's the best way to move a colony out as soon as possible?

So, I'm on vacation somewhere and I plan to start a colony. I've tried once during march this year, but it sadly died. When I get back, I'm gonna clean my equipment (posted another thread for that) and then get a colony. I need a surefire way to get them into an omninest (with only 3 rooms available...

What's the best way to clean ant equipment?

Sadly, last march I tried to keep an ant colony. (GAN project) but I think it died during hibernation. However, I'm ready to try again! I believe that I have an Omninest small. (I'm on vacation in another country rn) and I plan to start as soon as I get back. I need to find a way to clean the omnine...

Yeah, when I shine a light on them they wake up and then go back to sleep.

Alright, are you sure they'll move by themselves?

They're housed in an outworld, and I'm afraid I might kill the ants or let some break free, I also have to move them out in order to replace their test tube, which doesn't have any water left.
