Hi there Sorry for late reply, but I believe the first queen is Pheidole spp. and the other is Formica or some other species, for hibernation just remember to keep it above 10ºC. Before hibernating, just remember to feed them regularly. But if they stopped eating and the queen has stopped laying eg...

2 Queens indentifications also some help.
I have 2 queen ants one that does really good hungry all the time. Those are the small dwarf ones... but the medium size are... not that active... and lately they dont even have brood... Both species from EUNE Romania, about 2-3 months ago. 1 Small ones , workers around 2mm https://i.imgur.com/xuPtm...

I'm not 100% but that looks to be an ant mimic.. possibly a solitary wasp. Where are you located btw? Ok Making an update. The Smaller queen died sadly didnt make it wasan't fertile. But the Queen ant medium size still alive and has 3/5 workers 2 died its species is Brachymyrmex Patagonicus 100% (thx for telling me PTasker15) .Also what i can feed them? So the second one is a female too right? on the picture it look very different from real life very small head and the gaster is long.
Oh yea also i'm from Europe/Romania and i live in city.
More info about the the first one is 9mm and the second 5-6mm.
