Formica sp. in the rufa group. They will need Formica (fusca group) pupae to survive.

The first one is Monomorium or Solenopsis from what I can see. I guess Monomorium.
The second one is a Messor sp.

Probably the most common ant in urban SoCal.

Odontomachus are predatory ants and eat mostly insects in the wild.
She needs protein to lay eggs so feed her only with insects and from time to time you can add a small drop of sugarwater.
